Redstone Managed Solutions

Built around the strongly established and highly successful Redstone webXchange service, a file transfer system designed for the UK education system, webXchange-ems allows schools and colleges to input entries and receive results for their candidates online.

Redstone understands the budget constraints in the education sector and this service is designed for those establishments that do not have an MIS system and who are currently unable to transact online. webXchange-ems achieves significant time savings compared to manual entry, allowing examination officers to focus on other key tasks; no longer a need to wait for results to arrive by post.

By clicking a button, entries for an educational establishment can be sent to the general qualification awarding bodies of England, Wales and Northern Ireland – seamlessly from this single system.

Real-time results are automatically delivered to your webXchange-ems account at the minute of release by the Examination Boards. Results can be viewed, as soon as they are available, on screen via a rich user interface or in a number of printable report formats. This complements the existing webXchange service which allows the transfer of academic and vocational examination files between centres and Examination Boards – again no need to access a separate exams transfer system.

webXchange-ems allows you to bulk enter candidates by year or group, enables users to view a full audit trail stored against any entry and automatically generates a UCI (Unique Candidate Identifier) for each candidate if required.

The system supports and integrates communication with all of the general qualification awarding bodies in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

You can also manage multiple examination centres via a single account.
